Methodological recommendations:

• Development of methodology of accounting of natural resources value in the system of national accounts, 2007 – present time.

• Development of economic methods of of assessment of effectiveness of the state system of environmental enforcement and compliance and  control of natural resources, 2007.

1. Proposals on the improvement of accounting of the environmental-economic and resource components in programs of social and economic development of federeation subjects in the RF;

2. Proposals on cost estimation and a list of compensatory measures for the restoration of the damage to the marine environment caused by pollution of seas in the Russian Federation (seas of  the Far East);

3. Characteristic of the system of integrated environmental-economic accounting for the purpose of monitoring regional development;

• Recommendations on monetary value of resources and environmental components: adaptation of the UN methods of environmental and economic accounting to the conditions of Russia, 2000.
